I want you to work hard, have fun, and be safe in all of our classes. Because I keep my class sizes deliberately small, I can personalize your workout to fit you.

Class Descriptions

 
 

Bells & Straps

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
6:30am – 7:30am
4:30pm – 5:30pm NO FRIDAY AFTERNOON CLASS
Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30am – 7:30am

Bells and Straps is a fast-paced class that uses kettlebells and TRX for different circuits. We learn proper technique and movements patterns to successfully challenge your body. We also use many other modalities, including ropes, sand bags, and club bells.

Functional Movement

Tuesdays
9:30am – 10:30am (Taught by Sarah Davis)
Thursday
10:30am – 11:30am

Functional Movement is programmed for the older adult. We focus on strengthening the body, while correcting many of the physical problems that come with aging.  We individualize each class and work through progressions that both challenge and add enjoyment to movement. 

Private Trainings

With personal training, your sessions are geared 100% towards your needs and wants.
I also offer small group private trainings (2-3 people). In this setting each person will receive and perform an individualized program based on your specific goals and needs. And you will have the camaraderie that comes with a group of your choosing.
