The Studio: Nutrition

The Nutrition Program is a 12-week session. The habit based nutrition program will be coached by Erica. She will individualize each participants programs based on their goals. The program includes weekly accountability meetings with the other participants, nutrition coaching, and a workbook that includes a grocery list, menu ideas, homework and ways to keep you successful and on track.

The program will teach you how to eat the foods around you to fuel your body, accomplish your weight goals and give you the accountability to be successful.

Personalized Programs

12-week individualized fitness programs are created to allow you to workout on your own time at your own location.  The programs are written by Erica and are based on your goals, equipment available and ability levels.  

The programs include three workouts per week, monthly warm ups, and two bonus workouts every month.  You will also get access to on-line support, including form and technique feedback, questions and resources, and of course virtual High Fives!!!

The programs can be customized for Powerlifting, Weight Loss, General Fitness or Sport Specific goals.  They can start at anytime and once you have your program, you can reuse it as many times as you’d like.

High School Strength

This summer, I am hosting a two week strength program for high school athletes.  The program will be a great way to prepare athletes for fall sports and also a great way for off season athletes to gain knowledge about strength training and build confidence in their ability to train.   This program is open to all ability levels.  I will introduce different lifting techniques and equipment to give a well rounded introduction to a weight room.  

I will be teaching the athletes the basics of strength training, using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.  I will also be doing agility and plyometrics along with warm ups and mobility.  Included in the program will be lessons on nutrition for both in season and off season training.  


Next Level Athletics is offering extra programs. These programs are a great way to try something different or add to your existing routines. They can be added to your monthly membership or they can stand alone for someone looking for something specific.

 

The Studio: Running Club

The 8-week running club will begin training for and participating in runs throughout the Olympic Peninsula and Seattle.  The first session will be training for the My Better Half Marathon/10K, although participating in the run is not mandatory.  We will meet at the Studio Thursdays at 5:30pm for a group run along the Larry Scott Trail.  You will be given a a training program for two additional runs throughout the week. These runs can be done on your own time and convenience.  The “homework” runs will be programed for your personal goals and abilities.  Our  group runs are not mandatory, but encouraged. We will do mobility, a dynamic warm up and post run stretching.

On-Line Nutrition

Next Level Athletics Nutrition is a habit based program customized to help you reach your nutritional goals.  This is a 12-week program that will help you set nutritional and health goals.  Over three months, it will teach you how to accomplish those goals.
